Service Description

A Postpartum Home Support Package provides practical, informational, and emotional support to new parents after the birth of their baby. 1x Prenatal Meeting: Getting to know you and establishing how I can best support you in your postpartum period. Services Offered during home visit: • Caring for your baby, while you get some sleep • Newborn care and support; assisting with bathing, feeding, sleeping, changing nappies and more • Assist with debriefing of your birth story and providing emotional support as needed • Assistance with bonding with your newborn • Supporting you to trust your intuition • Support with discovering your own parenting philosophy • Sibling support; ways to include siblings and help them transition • Preparation of basic nutritious food options for the family • Light domestic tasks including tidying, cleaning up the kitchen, laundry etc My postpartum package can be tailored to your needs, book in an obligation free 15 minute phone call and together we can work out how I can best support you and your family in your postpartum journey. $250 for first three hour visit to your home (minimum of 3-hour booking).
