Includes: • 3x Prenatal Meetings: - Getting to know each other - How I can best support you - Together creating your birth wishes/plan 24/7 Text and phone support from after our initial meeting • On call from 37 weeks • Present for labour and birth: - I will be by your side supporting you once you’re in active labour until the birth of your baby. Support during labour and birth includes: • Supporting your labour positioning with massage, heat pack, cool cloths and pressure • Suggestions for positions, movements and changes that help ease discomfort during labour • Guide your breathing and help you relax • Refilling your water bottle • Providing guidance and reassurance (to you and your birth partner) • Repeating affirmations that empower you • Reassure and encourage you, and talk you through emotions during labour • Help you communicate your birth preferences to the midwives and doctors caring for you • Protecting the birth space for privacy and calm • Support and guide your partner or birth support person - Setting up the birth suite for you, making it comfortable and personal with fairy lights, music, photos, affirmations - I can capture precious moments by taking photos throughout your labour and birth • Pre-labour / Hospital Pack - Reusable Breast pads x5 sets - Disposable maternity undies x8 - Mum and Bub universal cream - Lip balm - Drink bottle with straw - Heat pack Can also include a Pre-labour/ Hospital Pack and/or Tens machine hire.
